Beautiful in person. Invisible online.
When couples Google “[your town] wedding venue”, most independent venues are nowhere, or they turn up with no clear way to enquire. You’re losing bookings you never even see. We fix that, starting at £950, no rebuild required.
Wedding-led, full-calendar. The build covers your corporate hire, private events and accommodation pages too.

Can couples actually find you?
Type your URL. We check what Google sees: whether it knows you’re a wedding venue, if your site targets the searches couples use, and where visitors drop off before enquiring. Takes about thirty seconds.
free · no email required · about 15 seconds · we check what Google sees
Your next booking is Googling you tonight. The shortlist is decided before your site even loads.
A couple sits down and types “[your town] wedding venue” into Google. In about ten seconds they pick three or four to enquire with, straight off the map, the reviews and the first results. If Google cannot tell you are a wedding venue, or your profile is thin and your reviews sit unanswered, you are not one of the three. They never see your photos, your stone, your light. The whole decision happened on a page you were not on.
Most venues leave it to chance. We make sure you are the result they click.

Couples choose a venue that replies to its reviews over one that ignores them. Fresh reviews and replies in your voice are the fastest, cheapest lever we pull, and it is in every sprint.BrightLocal 2024
Your venue is not competing on how it looks. It is competing to be found at all.
Get found. Then get booked.
Two leaks, two fixes, on the site you already have. We build in everything Google needs to find and feature you, then clear the path so the visit becomes a message in your inbox.
Show up for the search couples use.
- 01
Google can read your venue
Structured data tells Google you are a wedding venue: your location, your rating, your spaces. That is what earns the rich result and the map pin, instead of a plain blue link.
- 02
You target the exact search
Titles and pages written for "[your town] wedding venue", the words couples actually type, so you turn up for the search that matters, not only for people who already know your name.
- 03
A page for every way they search
Corporate hire, accommodation, your town, your style. Each its own page, each a separate door into your venue from a different search.
- 04
Profile and reviews sorted
Google Business Profile categorised properly, photos up, and fresh reviews flowing with every one answered in your voice. The fastest lift there is.
Turn the visit into an enquiry.
- 01
Pricing they can actually see
The #1 leakA clear "from £X" and a one-tap brochure download. Nearly a third of couples will not enquire with a venue that hides its prices.
- 02
A way to enquire in one tap
Fewer drop-offsA short, mobile-first enquiry: name, date, guest count, and a button that says "Check date and book a tour", not a cold "Submit".
- 03
A reply before they cool off
Speed winsThe moment a couple enquires, a warm instant reply with a link to book a viewing. The venue that replies first wins a large share of the bookings.
~3% → ~10–12%The enquiry rate a clear pricing-and-enquiry path typically delivers, on the same traffic you already get. No extra marketing spend.
Want couples to reserve a viewing then and there? The 30-second date-hold checkout, a small refundable deposit paid through Stripe, comes with the full Studio Rebuild, not the sprint.

Start by getting found. Rebuild only if you need to.
Most venues do not need a new website. They need the one they already have to be found by the couples searching tonight, and to turn those visits into enquiries. Start small, see the lift, go further only when it pays. Every venue begins with a free teardown.

The alternatives
Everyone else sells you a website. We get you booked.
You have probably weighed a few of these. Here is what each one actually leaves you with. We will happily tell you when one of them fits you better.
DIY: Wix or Squarespace
£0Free and fast. Google still cannot tell it is a wedding venue, so the couples searching tonight never see it. You did not save money. You stayed invisible.
A Hitched or Bridebook listing
Monthly feeReal discovery, but you pay them every month to outrank you for your own town. The couple’s first click is theirs, not yours.
The WordPress “venue guy”
£3k to £8kA fresh site, then silence. The plugins rot, the agency is gone, and by year two you are paying someone’s nephew to “have a look.”
The premium creative agency
£25k+Genuinely beautiful. And almost nobody finds it, because “look stunning” was the brief, not “get booked.”
Kraveit
Start hereWe get the site you already have found for the searches couples actually use, then turn the visits into enquiries. Outcomes, not a rebuild. And when the site itself is the problem, the full rebuild is there too.
We are not the cheapest, and we are not for everyone. If a £25k rebrand is genuinely what you need, we will tell you, and point you to who does it best.

who you'll actually work with
Two founders, one inbox, no offshore handover.
Kraveit is Dan and Sean. We went all in on wedding venues, and we’re taking our first few at a founding rate. Every site is designed, written and launched by the two of us. No account managers, no juniors, no agency layers in between.

Dan
CO-FOUNDERI started Kraveit with Sean because we kept watching independent venues get sold £8k to £15k rebuilds that looked lovely but couldn't be found on Google, gave couples no clear way to enquire, and quietly cost the owner £400 a month in plugins and patches. The agency vanished after launch. The owner ended up paying someone's nephew to "have a look."
So we went all in on one thing: getting independent venues found by the couples already searching, then booked. I'm in Castleford, work UK-wide, and answer the phone myself. Message Kraveit and the reply comes from me or Sean, same day. When something needs fixing two years from now, we're still the people you ring.

Sean
CO-FOUNDERI lead the design and the build. When a venue needs a full site, it's designed around the property itself: your stone, your light, the way couples actually shop venues on a phone at 11pm. No templates, no themes, no AI layouts.
I write the code too, so it launches exactly as designed, fast, and built so Google can actually read it. No translation layer, no junior on Slack. If your venue isn't turning up when a couple Googles your town, I'm the one fixing it.
the actual questions you have
Questions, answered honestly.
We're already booked solid for next year. Why redo the site now?
That's the best time, not the worst. Sites built in panic season convert worse off-peak, when you most need the bookings. Q1 is when next-year couples make decisions. Your site needs to be ready by November, which means starting in August. If you're booked for 2027 already, we work on the version that wins 2028 and 2029. The compounding starts the day you launch, not the day you need it.
What about our Hitched and Bridebook listings?
Keep them. Directories drive discovery; your website converts the click. We can also pull your Hitched reviews directly onto your site so they aren't trapped on a third-party platform. The goal isn't to replace directories. It's to make sure when a couple clicks through from one, they don't bounce.
Can our wedding coordinator update the site themselves?
Yes. That's the whole point. We do a 90-minute training session at handover. Adding a new real wedding takes about 15 minutes: drag in photos, paste a couple of quotes, tag the photographer and florist, hit publish. Prices, packages, the team, seasonal offers: all yours to change, no developer required.
What if we already use Perfect Venue, Iris, or another booking platform?
We work with whatever you're already using. Your existing tool stays in charge of bookings; the new site becomes the front door that sends couples to it. If your platform offers a way to connect, we use it. If it doesn't, we build a small bridge. Nothing changes in how you work day to day. The new site just stops losing the couples who never made it to your booking system in the first place.
How does the deposit-taking enquiry actually work?
This one comes with the full Studio Rebuild, not the £950 sprint. A couple picks a date, sees if it's available, books a viewing slot, and pays a £25-£50 refundable deposit via Stripe. The deposit refunds automatically when they attend the viewing. Only kept if they no-show. Industry data shows this lifts viewing-to-booking conversion because couples self-qualify before they even arrive, so you spend less time on viewings that were never going to book.
Will any of this put my Google rankings at risk?
No, the opposite. The Get Found sprint works on the site you already have and adds the things Google rewards: proper structured data, and titles that match what couples search. Your rankings can only improve. If you later choose a full rebuild, every old page is pointed to its matching new page and we run a side-by-side check before we switch over, so the rankings you've built carry across. We've never lost a client any traffic.
How much does it cost?
It's a ladder, so you start small. The Get Found sprint is £950, a one-off, on the site you already have. The Found & Booked retainer is £350 a month to keep climbing. A full Studio rebuild starts at £3,500, for when the site itself is the problem. We publish the prices because we want you to know whether we're in your ballpark before you book a call. Most venues start with the sprint.
Do we own everything you build?
Yes. The code, the design files, the domain, the hosting account, the analytics, the photography we commission, the content. All in your name from day one. We don't hold any of it hostage. If you ever want to walk away (to another agency, to in-house, to nothing at all), you walk away with the lot.
We've been quoted £25k by a 'premium' creative agency. Why are you so much less?
Two reasons. First, we're two founders working part-time, not an agency with account managers and pitch decks. Second, we only build venue sites: we don't relearn the industry every project, we don't reinvent components every build. Same end product, fraction of the overhead. If your venue genuinely needs £25k-of-agency (multi-country, multi-language, full rebrand), we'll tell you straight and point you to the right firm.
limited availability
One booking pays for the sprint. The rest of the year is profit you didn’t know you were leaving on the lawn.
Book a free teardown with Dan and Sean. We check what Google sees when couples search for a venue like yours, work out the £ value of the bookings you’re currently leaving on the table, and give you three things you can do this week, even if you never hire us.
what happens on the call
- 01We screen-share and search "[your town] wedding venue" live, then look at what Google can read on your site. You see exactly where you turn up, and where you don't.
- 02We look at what happens when a couple does land: how easy it is to enquire, whether they can see pricing. You see the £/year a leaky enquiry path is costing you.
- 03You leave with three things you can do this week: add the structured data, target your town in your page titles, surface your pricing. Yours to keep, no obligation.
- 04If the £950 sprint is the fix, you can start this week. If it genuinely needs a full rebuild, you get a fixed quote within 48 hours. If neither is worth it, we say so and point you somewhere better.
